Frequently asked questions
Quick, honest answers about what Vectura makes, how it handles your logo and data, and what it costs.
What is Vectura?
Vectura is an AI logo and brand-identity generator. From one sentence it creates a logo, a full brand kit (colors, typography, tone of voice, guidelines), scalable SVG vectors, and short brand videos or social ads — all built from the same brand context.
Do I need design skills to use it?
No. You describe your business in plain language and Vectura generates the assets. You can refine results with simple controls and an edit chat, but no design software or experience is required.
Can I use a logo I already have?
Yes. Upload your existing logo and answer a few quick questions about your business. Vectura stores that context once and reuses it for your brand kit, social posts, and videos — so an uploaded logo is treated the same as one generated in Vectura.
What file formats do I get?
Raster logos export as PNG, JPEG, and WebP, and you can export scalable SVG vectors. Brand videos export as MP4 in 16:9 or 9:16. Free-tier SVG exports carry a small watermark that is removed on upgrade.
Who owns the logos I generate?
You do. The assets you generate are yours to use for your business. See the Privacy page and Terms for the full details.
Can Vectura make videos and ads?
Yes. Vectura builds short brand videos and social ads — a multi-scene clip up to 12 seconds, rendered as one continuous video in 16:9 or 9:16, with your logo as the recurring hero and your product photos able to anchor scenes. Read the guide →
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The free tier includes limited credits and watermarked exports. Pro ($39.99/month) and Max ($199.99/month) add more monthly credits, remove watermarks, and unlock priority rendering.
How is my data handled?
Your prompts, uploads, and generated assets are stored to power your account and generations. Provider API keys are kept server-side and never exposed in the browser. See Data Security and the Privacy page for specifics.
